National Bank Forces Anbesa Bank Board Election Re-Run, Replacing All Incumbents

Ethiopia's central bank has forced Anbesa Bank to hold a complete re-run of its board elections, resulting in the election of an entirely new board of directors. The decision came nine months after financial regulators rejected the bank's previous board vote, leaving none of the incumbent members in place.
